旗袍訂造流程:
1)請先在Facebook inbox/E-mail預約旗袍訂造。
2)我們已經標好了不同布料會有不同價格，價錢是以布料作訂價，由$3800起。
3)客人先來選擇喜歡的布料，由於每款布料的碼數有限，大多只能做到一至兩件，售完即止。
4)開始進行量身。
A.可以考慮想造長／短旗袍？
B.可以考慮想造長／中／短袖的旗袍？
C.需要／不需要綑邊？
以上三個選項不影響價錢，不需要另外收費。
5)量身當天會先收取一半的訂金，另一半的尾數會在旗袍完成時再收取。（選擇速遞及身在海外的客人需要在下單時付全數）
6)旗袍製作需時約兩個月至三個月左右，如遇上假期或天氣情況問題（如八號風球）也會順延。
7)旗袍製作完成時，我們會聯絡你再試上來試身，並提供一次修改服務。
（旗袍只能改小而不能改大，另外，尺寸亦只能作有限度修改。例如不能由28吋腰改至24吋腰，裙長短亦不能更改等）
8)一律不設退款。

Tailor Made Process:
1) First, please make a reservation online through Facebook inbox/Email.
2)Customer can choose the fabric base on different price range, from $3800.
3)Each person takes 30 mins for the fitting and confirming the fabric and design.
4) Start the fitting measurment.
A: Do you want a long or short qipao?
B. Do you want to have a long, medium, or short sleeves qipao?
C. Do you want the qipao to be embroidered on the edges?
5) We will take half of the deposit on the day of the fitting measurment and the remaining balance will be charged when the qipao is completed. (Oversaes customers or guests selecting courier service would be charged the full payment once the order is placed.)
6) The production lead time of the qipao would varies from one to two months. Please expect a delay in case of Public holidays or severe weather conditions (such as No. 8 typhoon).
7) When the qipao is ready, we will contact you for a one time modification. We can only trim down instead of enlarging the size of the qipao. For instance, we cannot accomodate to trim the waist of the qipao from 28 inch to 24 inch. Besides, the qipao length cannot be adjust to avoid impact on the overall look.
8) No return or refund after the order is confirmed and made.
