如此類推 懇請已預約體驗的客人
於預約時間提早5分鐘到達
而遲到者我們只會提供10分鐘留位時間
並且有可能沒法享用盤髮之服務

We only take one booking for every half hour,
1 hour for two people...etc
Please arrive 5 minutes earlier in order to indulge
in the nostalgic Yan Shang Kee experience.
Your reservation will be held for 10 minutes.
Late comers might not be able to enjoy the hair styling service.

No charge is required for reservations,
yet if you wish to reschedule your booking,

旗袍是較為貼身的衣物
女孩們最好穿上薄一點的內衣褲
如果想要挑選淺色的旗袍
則提議穿上膚色或淺色的內衣褲
另外
請自備素色高跟鞋（靜態）
或平底鞋（户外）作配襯

with light colored or nude underclothes.

20日前取消退訂金90%
10日內取消退訂金50%
5日內取消則不退回訂金
*收取每位$100HKD預訂金，餘額會於租用當日付完
*由於退回訂金需時，會於最少20個工作日內退還

Cancellation before 20 days of reservation will return 90% of deposit
Cancellation before 10 days of reservation will return 50% of deposit.
Cancellation before 5 days of reservation will have NIL return of deposit.
*$100HKD deposit for each person, remaining balance will be
paid on reservation date.
*Return of deposit will take at least 20 business days.
